Tinkoff Bank says plans to establish affiliate on Philippines

MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Tinkoff Bank has decided to establish an affiliate on the Philippines, the bank said in a report on Monday.

The bank also plans to attain a license of a digital bank.

Capital is to amount to 2 billion Philippine pesos and will be split into 20 million common shares, 100 pesos each. The initial fully paid by Tinkoff Bank capital will stand at 1 billion pesos.
